CEBELIA Eye Brightening is an eye contour treatment specially designed to treat dark circles, i.e. black and brown circles.

Description and use:

• Intended to treat pigmented dark circles that affect the eye contour.
• Acts on different stages of the melanogenesis process to limit the formation of hyperpigmentation and reduce dark circles.
• Formula adapted to the sensitive eye contour area.
• Unifies and illuminates the eye contour for a brighter look.
• Can be used twice a day, morning and evening, on cleansed skin. It is recommended to use high sun protection in case of sun exposure and to avoid contact with the eyes. Can also be applied to the upper eyelid if necessary.

Cebelia Tip: Eye Brightener can be used at the same time as LCE Regard with its tinted formula to conceal dark circles.

Active ingredients:

1. PEKALINE®: Acts at two major stages of the stain formation process by inhibiting the production of the tyrosinase enzyme and blocking the remaining enzymes.
2. Vitamin C: Inhibits an enzyme essential for the formation of melanin and has lightening antioxidant activity.
3. Niacinamide: Regulates the transfer of pigment to the surface cells of the epidermis, thereby controlling the distribution and breakdown of pigment.

This formula acts at several levels of melanogenesis to limit the formation of pigment spots and brighten the eye contour, thus offering an effective solution for treating pigmented dark circles.
