This product harnesses the body's natural response to stimulate collagen production and guarantees visible and lasting results that can last 1 to 2 years (Ellansé S and Ellansé M, respectively).

The Ellansé implant is injected into the subcutaneous layer (hypodermis and supraperiosteum) to obtain the best results. It is sterile, latex-free, apyrogenic and totally resorbable, composed mainly of poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL) microspheres. synthetic polymers suspended in a carrier gel based on phosphate buffered saline (Ph. Eur.), glycerin (Ph. Eur.) and carboxymethylcellulose (USP). PCL is a soft, resorbable medical polymer that has been used for decades with an excellent security.

Composition :

The composition of Ellansé S includes 70% carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), which acts as a carrier gel for an immediate volumizing effect, and 30% polycaprolactone (PCL) in the form of spherical particles (25 to 50 microns) for a prolonged volumizing effect. Both substances are bioresorbable, biocompatible and completely degradable by hydrolysis.

The difference between Ellansé S and Ellansé M lies in the length of the polycaprolactone chains, which results in more or less slow resorption (1 to 2 years, respectively).
